Thank you for choosing Alexander Nicole Music for your musical journey. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both students and instructors, please read the following Terms and Conditions regarding lesson payments, cancellations, and rescheduling.

1. Payment Terms

• Lesson fees must be paid in full at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.

• Payment can be made via [insert accepted payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, PayPal, etc.].

• Lessons will not proceed unless payment has been received by the 24-hour mark.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that schedules can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect both the instructor's time and the student's flexibility.

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson:
  ➤ No cancellation fee. A full refund will be issued if fees have already been paid, or payment can be applied to a future lesson.

• Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson:

• ➤ No refund will be given, as this does not provide sufficient time to offer the slot to another student. However, a make-up lesson can be rescheduled for later in the week (subject to availability).

3. Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule a lesson to another time during the same week, that is absolutely fine (subject to availability).

• However, payment is still due 24 hours prior to the rescheduled lesson time, regardless of when the request to reschedule is made.

4. Instructor Cancellations

• In the unlikely event that a lesson must be cancelled due to instructor illness or unavailability, you will receive a full refund, or the payment may be applied to a future lesson at your discretion.

5. Communication

• All cancellations, reschedule requests, and other communication should be made via [insert preferred contact method, e.g., email or text] as early as possible.

• We appreciate your courtesy and consideration when notifying us of changes to your schedule.
